It takes deep courage, to look inside yourself, and to acknowledge, and to heal the parts of you that need to be fixed, loved and integrated.

It is time for us all to take radical responsibility for ourselves, our emotions, patterns and our behaviours. To heal the past, and take back our power. To live in peace, as our beautiful authentic selves, in a state of love, creation and expression.

Over the years I have helped many people to rapidly shift, trauma, old outdated belief systems, heal relationships and put them back into alignment with there heart, truth and their soul purpose.

My passion and belief is that we should all live in harmony and that peace and joy is our natural state of being.

We are born into this magical world , as pure unconditional love, connected to everyone, and everything, and as we move through this lifetime our experiences, environment and relationships create filters of how we view our human experience.

Many of these filters aren't our truth, they don't even belong to us !

When we embark upon this work of deep healing, we can remove these filters, and return once more to that childlike sense of awe and wonder, connected to all aspects of life.

I offer one on one sessions, specialising in trauma release, heart healing, addiction, anxiety, woman's work and body/weight and confidence issues. My work is of a spiritual nature whilst combining it in with traditional modalities. I am a qualified hypnotherapist , N.L.P and E.F.T practitioner.

I am also a facilitator of Sacred medicine ceremonies, Ecstatic dance and Song circles.

My deepest passion is to bring people together,in community, as we were always meant to be, in their truth, in their authenticity, and in their fullest, creative expression.

But most of all, I am a Mumma, of the two, most beautiful boys.. .

It is my life's mission, one heart at a time to help people to heal, coming back to love and connection.

So the next generation of earth keepers are no longer raised by parents living in pain…

And they can walk softly upon this earth, living in true peace and harmony.

I don’t actually know where or how I can begin to explain how incredible Sa Ra is. I originally went to Sa Ra for hypnotherapy due to my fear of flying, due to Sa Ra’s caring and nurturing nature I ended up unraveling a lot more anxieties I had stored.

Sa Ra helped me to deal with these negative thoughts and feelings in such a positive way, teaching me why I’m feeling that way, as well as teaching me successful methods to overcome them.

When I went to Sa Ra, I was struggling with continuous panic, health anxiety, concerns about the future as well as holding onto the past. It’s been just over 2 months since I finished my therapy with Sa Ra and she has completely changed my world for the better.

My outlook on life, friends, work, social events and especially the past, have completely changed, now into a positive experience/memory. I really couldn’t recommend Sa Ra enough to anyone, she truly is so incredible, kind and comforting. I have also flown twice since my therapy sessions with Sa Ra, with little to minimal anxiety, I couldn’t believe it.

I have since joined a few of Sa Ra’’s full moon ceremonies, which are by far the most beautiful evenings I have ever experienced. Sa Ra creates a magical sisterhood between women who were only strangers a few hours previous, creating bonds & friendships to last a lifetime.

Sa Ra is amazing!!!! A beautiful goddess, inside and out: she listens, empathetically and mindfully, and puts you at your ease as soon as you enter the room.

Her friendly charm and healing therapies have helped me so much in recent turbulent times. I thoroughly recommend her ‘deep-dive’ 1-1 sessions, to heal childhood wounds and go deep into inner spirit work; as well as her amazing Cacao ceremonies, celebrating the phases of the moon and the turning of the year.

I came to see Sa Ra after feeling I needed someone to talk to. After suffering from anxiety for the first time in my life I felt scared, lost and unsure of myself. I wasn’t sure what to do but a friend recommended Sarah and I’m so glad they did.

Sa Ra is amazing!!!! She listens without judgment and allows me to explore areas of myself I had kept locked away behind walls and a ‘brave face’ for years. I confronted memories and parts of me that I had forgotten even existed.

I still have work to do but after 6 sessions with Sa Ra I feel more in control of my thoughts, feelings and my perspective. I feel empowered to look into myself more and know I can grow and get to know myself more than I ever have.
