Join me, for this juicy celebration of expression, monthly on Tuesdays at The Oasis, Methodist Church, Newquay, for Song and Cacao evenings.

Dropping in with a heart coherence meditation, to lay out our healing prayers into Mumma Earth and into the collective consciousness. These prayers are amplified when we come together, and nothing heals and raises the vibration more then song and dance

Allowing Mumma cacao to gently open up our hearts, as we connect to each other with a raw sharing circle, as we witness and support each other through these times.

All are invited to bring instruments, as we sing, chant and move through beautiful medicine songs, lifting our spirits and opening our hearts.

This circle is open to all genders.

And is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and crack your sacred heart wide open
