When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence ?” \n-Gabrielle Roth \nJoin me\, for this juicy celebration of expression\,once a month @The Oasis\, Methodist Church on Pargolla Rd\, Newquay for our Song and Cacao evenings. \nDropping in with a heart coherence meditation\, to lay out our healing prayers into Mumma Earth and into the collective consciousness. These prayers are amplified when we come together\, and nothing heals and raises the vibration more then song and dance \nAllowing Mumma cacao to gently open up our hearts\, as we connect to each other with a raw sharing circle\, as we witness and support each other through these times. \nAll are invited to bring instruments\, as we sing\, chant and move through beautiful medicine songs\, lifting our spirits and opening our hearts. \nThis circle is open to all genders. \nAnd is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and crack your sacred heart wide open \nBeautiful things happen when we come together. \nPlease book to avoid disappointment\, as spaces are limited. \n£11 ( with booking fee ) \nRunning monthly from Tuesday the 4th January 2024

DESCRIPTION:Blessings beautiful souls… \nAs the wheel of the year turns once more\, and Mumma Earth unfurls her beauty\, fertility and love\, and we watch the shoots and the blossoms appear. It is always a time of great hope\,new beginnings\, new love and a time to plant the seeds of our intention. \nIt’s also time to gather the tribe\, and sing and dance barefoot upon our land\, channeling our prayers and light codes back into the the collective consiousness. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMarking the sacred time when days and nights are in perfect harmony and balance\, it’s time for us to honour our miraculous earth in all its splendor.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPennan roundhouse is the perfect spot\, to retreat from your worries and responsibilities\, and unravel\, being held in such a safe space\, and magical things happen in these sacred spaces. \nWe will be guided as always by Mumma cacao\, as she holds us tightly and opens our hearts\, to  possibilities and the truth of who we really are. \nFestivities will begin in the roundhouse\, with the opening of a potent energetic container\, I will guide you through a deep meditation\, allowing time afterwards for integration and journaling. As always we will have a  sharing circle to allow us to connect deeply to our community. At the heart of all of these events is the deep need for connection\, and to bring people together in their truth to create a better reality for us all. We will  move into traditional rituals to honour this sacred time of year. \nRaising the vibration with potent breathwork and song before handing over the prayer stick to my beautiful soul sister DJ Monuriki\, as she guides us on a deep magical journey invoking the elemental energies of air\, weaving harmonious melodies\, echoing nature’s cyclical rhythms of renewal and change in a sacred musical journey of juicy folktronica\, Tribal\, African and Spanish beats with liquid drum and bass. \nEnding the evening with medicine songs around the fire\, with a feeling of such great joy and connection\, with our hearts full of the deepest reverence for all that is. \nWe love to share a little feast afterwards\, so if you’re able\, please bring a little vegan/ vegetarian dish to share\, and a bowl and spoon. \nPlease also bring\, a cup\, journal and pen\, lots of layers\,(as it can get very warm in the roundhouse) blankets/cushion/sheepskin to make your own little nest . \nTickets are really limited so please book in advance \n(Some bursary tickets are available for £33\, please contact me directly) \nPennan roundhouse. DESCRIPTION:Freedom from Alcohol: Intensive\, deep reprogramming course and support group. \nHave you had enough of waking up in the morning feeling like shit ? \nDo you question “Is this really all there is ?” \nAre you waiting for that first drink of the day just  to take the edge off ? \nDo you feel  bloated and overweight ? However much you exercise and  watch what you eat ? \nDo you black out ? \nSabotage relationships\,jobs \,and social situations ? \nIf you have answered yes to these questions\, then I have to ask you… \nAre you ready to take your power back from alcohol ? \nAre you ready to get back in the driving seat of your life? \nFree from the distractions of alcohol and align yourself with your true purpose and dreams ? \nI struggled with my own demons of drinking and drugs for over 20 years ! \nIt took me to some seriously dark places.I was crippled with anxiety and often found it hard to leave the house without a drink.I would drink to oblivion most evenings and very rarely remembered how I got home. \nThe worst thing was that nobody knew how unhappy I was\, no one knew the hours I spent at home consumed with fear and guilt\, because I was too ashamed to tell people about my problem and how I really felt. \nGiving up the booze was hard… \nBut it  took me on a huge healing journey\, where I learned  how to completely change my drinking habits\, I made peace with my past\, and healed the traumas that unknowingly were the driving force of my drinking. \nI took complete control back\, and got myself a career where I could help people to do the same. \nI know that one of the hardest parts of giving up drinking is the isolation that you feel. You have to disconnect yourself from your old lifestyle in the early days. And it can feel so unbelievably lonely. \nSo I devised this unique programme combining 1-on-1 therapy\, with a weekly in person support group and also a facebook group. Working 1-on-1 with you\, to understand why you drink ? \nFor the most part\, people who drink to excess\, will have suffered some kind of trauma earlier in life.(Trauma in childhood is very common\, and we often think of it as big stand alone incidents\, whilst in truth\, childhood trauma comes from our needs not being met\, whether that be physically\, emotionally or mentally). \nAnd whilst we often think that we can give up alcohol with will power alone\, the driving force for your drink will be unresolved trauma\, stored in the unconscious mind. \nWhen we heal these old wounds on a deep subconscious level\, the need to self soothe is no longer there. \nAs a trained Hypnotherapist\, N.l.P and E.F.T practitioner\, I use many modalities to really get into the core beliefs around your self destructive behaviours\, and change them for good. \nThe group meetings will be an added bonus\, to connect with people in the same situation. Where we will be able to talk honestly about what we are going through\, without shame or judgement and support each other. \nThis is also a closed private and confidential group setting. (As I know that many people worry how going to a support groups may affect there images or careers) \nWe will also learn healthy coping strategies and happiness habits to set you up on a new healthy positive path.

DESCRIPTION:As the Winter solstice dawns upon us…\n\nAmidst the chaos of Christmas festivities and consumer madness..\n\nI invite you into the warm heart of Pennan Roundhouse\, into the stillness and the darkness\, to celebrate the winter solstice.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInside this candle lit temple\, we will go on an inner journey to meet and to integrate the deepest part of our shadow self. The shadow self is never something to fear\, it yearns for acknowledgement\, compassion and acceptance.  \nBefore venturing out into the depths of the winter’s evening\, for a beautiful pagan ritual\, of the winter spiral. As we all light candles to represent the unique gifts and light that we all bring to this world. \nThere will\, as always be a potent sharing circle and a chance to deepen your connection with the other participants through gentle (non sexual) tantric practices\, to open up our hearts and minds\, to be witnessed in our truth. \nThere will be time for reflection and journaling\, as we make medicine bundles to release all that we no longer wish to carry with us into the next year.  \nAs we light the mighty fire and invite in our beloved Mumma cacao\, to crack our hearts wide open and receive the medicine of dance. Led by my gorgeous soul sister DJ Monuriki on a delicious journey of deep tribal beats and liquid drum and bass. \n(We hope… weather dependent to be able to dance under the stars\, around the fire\, connecting into nature.
