Sa Ra is a very unique human being. She has the ability to touch your very soul with her unwavering pursuit to heal and strengthen.

When I first arrived, it was fair to say, that I felt like a lost soul, due to my chaotic and neglectful upbringing.

Now I feel like a completely different person !!

One with control of their mental health and emotions, and positive for the future !

I don’t actually know where or how I can begin to explain how incredible Sa Ra is. I originally went to Sa Ra for hypnotherapy due to my fear of flying, due to Sa Ra’s caring and nurturing nature I ended up unraveling a lot more anxieties I had stored.

 Sa Ra helped me to deal with these negative thoughts and feelings in such a positive way, teaching me why I’m feeling that way, as well as teaching me successful methods to overcome them. 

When I went to Sa Ra, I was struggling with continuous panic, health anxiety, concerns about the future as well as holding onto the past. It’s been just over 2 months since I finished my therapy with Sa Ra and she has completely changed my world for the better.

 My outlook on life, friends, work, social events and especially the past, have completely changed, now into a positive experience/memory. I really couldn’t recommend Sa Ra enough to anyone, she truly is so incredible, kind and comforting. I have also flown twice since my therapy sessions with Sa Ra, with little to minimal anxiety, I couldn’t believe it. 

I have since joined a few of Sa Ra’’s full moon ceremonies, which are by far the most beautiful evenings I have ever experienced. Sa Ra creates a magical sisterhood between women who were only strangers a few hours previous, creating bonds & friendships to last a lifetime.

Sa Ra is amazing!!!! A beautiful goddess, inside and out: she listens, empathetically and mindfully, and puts you at your ease as soon as you enter the room. 

Her friendly charm and healing therapies have helped me so much in recent turbulent times. I thoroughly recommend her ‘deep-dive’ 1-1 sessions, to heal childhood wounds and go deep into inner spirit work; as well as her amazing Cacao ceremonies, celebrating the phases of the moon and the turning of the year. 

Her facilitation of these circle sessions feels empowering and supportive: if it seems out of your comfort zone, I promise you’ll feel at home within five minutes in Sa Ra’s company! 🙏❤️
